Now isn’t that picture just a breath of fresh air?

James Coviello is a new discovery of mine, and I’m not sure if I’m just digging him because his show was at the NYC Bar Assocation (dumb lawyer affinity, I suppose) or because his stuff is just really pretty. Seriously, go to his website and look at his spring collection – its sweet without being Laura Ashley saccarine, and everything from prints to cut is just pretty.

The fall collection is a little less garden party and more “just stopped by on the way back from my 1977 job as a librarian” but still really adorable.

And this one is my favorite… tossed over some jeans and you look darling. Tossed over a pencil skirt, and you’re ready for work. Love it.
