Saturday, the nyc craft mafia crew and I did Bust’s Holiday Craftacular… or rather, perhaps it did us ;o) From the second the doors opened to the public at 11 am until the djs stopped spinning at 9pm, the place was totally and completely packed.
To give you an idea, this photo was taken during a slow part of the day. Really, we shouldn’t complain because this was the best promoted show we’ve been at, and it showed in the profits!
My first sale! Everybody loved those grey striped shirts. I did a couple styles, and they all sold (one to the very cool Ana of Mahogany (way cool band, check ‘em out)… dont worry y’all, I bought more of that fabric! I was thrilled to sell a BUNCH of tops – I’ve kind of got a new energy going on with Stereoette now since this show ;o)
My jewelry sold like hotcakes – you can see new designs that I’ll have to make more of here…

I am so sorry I missed this! I live so close to the Warsaw and would have loved to come and support all the great crafters but I was in D.C. visiting a friend!
